OATH | Older Adult Total Health

OATH is an exercise class geared towards older adults. We have 3 credentialed teachers, each with over 20 years of experience, who partner as instructors to help keep you in shape, get fit, be healthy, and be well! Classes are an hour long and encompass a full-body fitness program. Any levels of fitness welcome- we do both sitting and standing exercises, utilizing weights and stretch bands. Students are encouraged to come and stay seated if that is best for them!
